Sorry, but again, the creation of the 4-series is for money and marketing purposes only. That is all. That is it. Period.

And please, lets not continue to use the increase of size over the previous generation as the definition of "evolution". Many would argue that was the de-evolution of the 3-series from e46 to e92 (and I own and love the e92, but understand its shortcomings).
