-Msport body kit (m3 is foolish)
-19" wheels (forged or flow-forged if possible)
-new downpipe (catlessdownpipe if possible)
-Jb4 tune

After that... A larger intercooler and a metal charge pipe will help sustain.

Coilovers for lower stance and stiffer handling.

Cold air intake if you want to hear more turbo woosh (minor gains).

I did all that to my 320i and would recommend the same. Performance feels twice as powerful as stock. Imo wheels are more of an aesthetic choice and it's up to you if they're worth the spend. Wheels could be the most expensive upgrade. I personally think the msport kit is more important aesthetically.
