Take it back to the dealer to fix. It used to be pretty easy, just a case of the car 'learning' where the fully closed window position is.
However, it's something that really should have been picked up and fixed pre-delivery. I'd be asking them to do a PROPER PDI, in full, as they obviously didn't do it correctly last time.
