Maybe it's German built cars only? If your car comes from Germany then it will have the new NAV as of W45. That's confirmed from several sources. It's not like they're going to see a car come down the line and shout "Vait! Ze Canadian car iz cummink down ze line! Shtop ze line und get ze old SatNAV!" That would be silly. Now if your car is built elsewhere then that might make sense
