Hell, I took my 1990 Nissan Sentra POS through a snowstorm fine. I think my 2013 BMW can handle it. Yes, winter tires are better. But that's like saying "OMG THE FRONT OF YOUR CAR ISN'T MADE OF PLAYDOH? YOU'RE A HAZARD!"
Lol, you did warn me though. I applauded those guys here who differed but offered sane arguments for their positions. We have received snow over several days and I have driven in my summers just fine. Thankfully I have not yet died nor have I committed mass genocide on our roads due to my poor choice of tires
