as you may have read, my favorite LED-bulbs are the Philips X-treme Vision LED retrofits.
Unfortunately these bulbs are not sold in Germany and even in the EU there are just few stores which offer a small range of Philips LEDs.
Especially a pair of Philips 12898X2 X-treme Vision LED 6000KBackup Light Bulbs for 1156 P21 seems impossible to get. However they are sold in the US for $25-30.
The thing is, some stores would ship to Germany but with insured mail only, what is about twice the price of the bulbs. Furthermore there will be import taxes that refer to item and shipping costs what in turn makes this even more pricey.
I am wondering if someone in the US could buy them in a local store and ship them to Germany via USPS First-Class Package International Service what should be around $9.
