Again, I have a 2014 328i Basic (no line). I ordered the parts and they arrived today.
Here's what I can say so far:
- First, item 5 in the diagram provided earlier in this thread is already installed on the car.
- Second I can not figure out how to install the actual whisker (item 4 in diagram). When I place at the top of the lower intake grill, it seems to extend over into the painted plastic of the center of the front end -- see attached PDF for a picture.
- Perhaps the intake cover should be item 6 in the diagram
- May end up cutting the plastic so the tabs will fit through?
I double checked the parts from both RealOEM and BMW Online and the parts are correct. Don't mean to be too dumb, but what am I doing wrong?
