Guess the people running it don't want to try and limit who or what comes in there. So you end up with the above mentioned groups showing up at zero dark thirty to get parking spaces and the next thing you know there's 20-30 examples of cars you see on the street everyday. The last one I went to a couple of months back to see if things had changed, there was a guy parked in around the cars who had an old beat up Saturn, meanwhile guys showing up in a Bentley and a Ferrari couldn't get in because the lot was full.
