Inherently, what you are asking represents a conflict. By putting the switch in Position 4, you are disabling DRL, yet wanting DRL's as welcome lights, so this may be a lost cause.

There you are! I'll check it out, but wait I'm confused on why that represents a conflict, in my car even if i'm on switch position four the DRL's (which are the corona rings) remain on the whole time the car is on? on your F10 Position 4 = no lights on at all?
I'll investigate the WL_FUNKTION_POL lead....
