M3/M4 may not get a true LCI at all. The F10 M5 only got new headlights and a minor tail light change. The F80 already has LED headlights as an option, so that leaves tail lights. Other small things could be a "running change" like they did with the E9x for Navigation, etc.
Basically, it would seem unlikely that the F8x cars get any type of "body style" change.
