I think we will find BMW OEM will allow 17" fitment. F10/11 5-series
535i will take the 17" winter wheel package. I've a 17" winter set for my 535i, they are listed on the specification options.
The issue is more for aftermarket rims, as some have a different shaped well in the rim. Therfore will foul the brakes.
