Maybe its some option which is coded in the X3 (as its a US built maybe?) as opposed to the 3 series.

That's odd the Bus Nav (lower spec) has Traffic info but the Pro Nav (higher spec) doesn't???
My Bus Nav definitely does not have traffic info.
