on my wife's cc it is extremely obvious. everytime you make a low speed turn, the corner is illuminated and since the fog is so close it's really bright, even brighter than the headlight illumination on the rest of the road. it's especially helpful in rain when visibility is really poor, you can see exactly where the edge of the road is.
