I don't have a car yet, so I obviously do not know, but I noticed you said you coded 6NK with your Bus Nav, I think you need 6NS to get the full voice control.
The description of 6NS is "Convenience telephony with extended smartphone connectivity", 6NK says "Connection, Bluetooth and USB devices". The basic 6NH says "Hands-free facility with USB interface"
