You'd be surprised how many people is in the same situation I'm in. I've got PMs from people who wish to remain anonymous. BMW's client service division have really failed the whole BMW ownership lifecycle.

I'm perfectly satisfied with my dealer - its the response from BMW Australia that is poor and very disappointing.
