Unless BMW NVH engineers give them a call with a TSB with step by step directions of how to fix these types of issues they will never get it right. All they do is shoot in the dark and hope for the best. They would seriously need a 4 POSTER squeak and rattle machine to replicate issues like where I work, and I have never ever seen any dealer stock one of these expensive machines. .

I totally agreed with your opinion but I just got the car last month and the rattle just drove me bonker got to get it fix. By the way there is no TSB for this problem.
