For whats its worth. I ordered my 335 m sport through BMW SD received 12/05/12. My CA was Dustin King. I used the costco auto buy program and some nice incentives (loyalty, USAA and the Christmas one BMW ran). I think the price i paid was fair and the interaction was very good. It took 8 weeks for my german build to get here. Dustin did everything I asked and was Johnny on the spot when i contacted him. The parts and service department; now that an entirely different story.
