I just hope I'll avoid this. I held out for PW45 at first to get the new nav system. It's clear that won't happen, but I'm not complaining about getting the fixed steering rack (not to mention any other engineering changes made for the Euro 2013 model year that NA didn't go out of its way to exclude). But I did order the DHP, which should improve my odds regardless.
