Had our other BMW in the shop today for routine maintenance and asked the service adviser about coding ASS at delivery. (My 335i just finished production and is waiting in line for a spot on a boat in Bremerhaven.) He confirmed that BMWNA is permitting a one time code update of ASS but he reiterated that they would only update once.
So essentially no issues with updating the ASS to default to last setting prior to delivery. I was happy to hear that.
