We've never used OptiCoat but it's always been a product we have been meaning to test and try (as we do with all our recommended products).
We have been using Nanolex and Wolf's Chemicals with fantastic results.
Excellent depth in paint and unmatched slickness too.
This is what we are using on the new 1Ms, C63s, etc.
And yes, use any sealant/wax products after thorough decontamination/paint cleanse and paint correction has been carried out.
