When I had my M Coupe, a colleague from Germany came over, who was 6'8". He'd always wanted to drive an M Coupe and he found a way, although it did not look at all comfortable.
At 6'2", I had to sort of cheat to achieve 2" of clearance with a helmet for track duty.
