Fight the security deposit. You're stuck with an acquisition fee of over $1K but that is part of leasing. Make sure there are no other costs in the cap cost except title/tag and the price of the cae. They will sell tire and wheel, paint protection, ext warranty, but none of that makes sense in your case.
