Gotta be honest, the more pictures I see, the less i get this car. With the e9x sedan/coupe it always made sense to me that the M3 sedan got the nose of the coupe (i.e. sportier). But the 4 Gran Coupe looks like more of a hybrid of the GT (least sporty) and the 4 Series (most sporty) rather than a sportier version of the 3 series. To me it would have made more sense to give the M3 sedan some of the 4 series styling cues/nose and kept with that methodology.
I guess if they feel they can sell enough of these at a premium over the 3 series thats all that matters, but I just dont think its different enough from a 3 series to warrant the premium over the 3 series and I dont think its convincingly coupe-enough to draw 4 series buyers who want more utility. I absolutely think it works with the 6 Gran Coupe, but I am just not feeling it here.
