I saw a Estoril Blue M Roadster (original Estoril) the other day and in direct sun it is a lighter blue, but its not like it becomes a powder blue (liquid blue) or anything like that, I like how it looks better without direct sunlight but am still okay with it in the sun (have one on order...).

Melbourne red might be a bit different. In a showroom I love how it looks, outside I am not too sure on it. I prefer Vermillion red which is what our X3 is, that is a bright red in sun and a ruby red at night or when cloudy, looks amazing in M Sport form on the X3.
