Yep he's right, this is the only way to do it. I've searched on a bunch of BMW websites and didn't turn up anything, so it seems like the only way to is call in during the SOS's hours and walk us through the process. I still haven't done it yet but I don't have the Tech pack so I don't expect this app to be able to do much.
