Sure does, by 10mm. But you know that by now.
Now here's some trivia. My E90 has sport suspension, which is 15mm lower than the norm. The wheel arch/tyre gap looks correct.
I believe that BMW went to great lengths to soften the ride in the F30, hence less drop with the sports suspension and a larger wheel arch/tyre gap. Plus all the other mods to assist.
