If it's warm enough I suggest taking the car for a drive before you do this. Plenty of radiant heat from the brakes/tires and in 80-85 degree weather the reflectors should pop right out - no pry tool or heat gun required. Super easy. Scrape the residue off, clean up with alcohol and install the new ones. Took about 15 min total time, post drive.
