Is it fair, i noticed the Alarm, Comfort Access System, Sunroof, Sun Protection, Heated front seat, high beam assist, parking assist, bi-xeon are higher than the configuration price i found on Drive/Car Sales RRP. Are these due to the LCT or because i have free blue paint and m sport brake?

You are taken for a ride - perhaps has to do with speccing a Touring rather than a Sedan. M Sport package does not include metallic paint or M sport brakes as far as I know.
I am not sure if you actually sat down and started negotiating. But you have been given a ridiculous quote there if that is a quote. All up at list price for an equivalent sedan should be about 94k OTR. I think Touring is 3k more? You should aim for at least 7% discount off that. Ordering with more options gives the dealer more room for discount but then they may look at you and think they can squeeze more money out of you since you are not wanting a stripper car.
Shop around is a an absolute must. 100k? You could probably drive away a 335i sedan at that price.
