audio over bluetooth w/o BMW assist option
Has anyone figured out how to configure their bluetooth pairing to play audio on their phone, over the car's stereo? I have the navigation/iDrive package, but not "BMW Assist with enhanced Bluetooth and USB". My delivery specialist described a few steps to reach the option: "CD/Multimedia > Bluetooth audio > highlight your phone and push your display control knob to the right. Check the audio box, go back to CD/Multimedia then external devices", but I'm guessing that this is only an option for those who chose BMW assist. At $650, I'm wondering if this is even worth it.
