To me this makes sense as the 335 is a 6-cylinder vs 4, which would be lighter. Assuming the auto is heavier than the manual, which I think is a safe assumption.

I noticed something else that may have caused some confusion. If you select both M Sports Suspension *and* BMW Performance Suspension the tool breaks. You will see no springs. Maybe that's why the dealers were confused about springs?

I'm probably not the first to find this, but maybe the OP should be updated to be clear that there may be spring variations on the 328. I don't know that everyone will read this whole thread....like I did for the last 2 hours
All the part #'s shared are for the 335i only as far as I know.
