Off topic, but yes the AC unit displayed in the top picture is the default AC in Europe. It is single zone and lacks the pollen filter.
We have a separate option (#534) which gives you the "Automatic Air Conditioning" with dual-zone and the pollen filter as the one that is standard in the US at a premium of around 700 euros.
