If you didn't have the caliper clearance problem, would the extra 10mm be enough to tuck the wheel into the fender without any extra negative camber, or is the 255's section width on 8.5's just too much for the wheel well?
How much extra clearance between the tire and suspension do you have now? Would it be rubbing there as well without the spacer?
