Surprisingly, the cleanest old car I've ever worked on is a family member's 2003 Chevy Cavalier, now with >190,000 miles. That thing has not leaked a drop of anything - no oil, no trans fluid, no coolant. The underside of the engine is still spotless. My BMWs have all had thick coating of sludge past 100,000 miles.
