I know a guy that makes race cams, which are fantastic, but not cheap.

I know a little about CCTV, and basically you get what you pay for up to a certain extent.

There are self contained little cameras that are sold for this (kinda big IMO). Or you can get bullet cams which more resemble that of a race cam. and look a million times better in the car.
