Or Park your car on the street blocking your part of the driveway and make sure it is your half you are blocking while leaving the other half unblocked to where if they back out and hit your car it will be their fault
Then you tell them that everyday you have to go around their cars while their cars are on your side of the driveway so why is it that they can't go around your car while your own car is on your on your own side
Tell them that everyday you were careful not to hit their car by going around their car as you pulled in and out of your own driveway because their car was on your side. Make sure to take pictures everyday of their cars on your side
At the bottom of the driveway split the driveway into 2 halves with 1 half for them and 1 half for you. Be very sure that you are not on their half because if they back up and hit your car on their half your case won't be strong against them.
