Yes, you can used the older version of psdzdata until your car is updated to integration level F020-12-11-505.
Once you are there, you won't be able to read any of the updated modules with the older dataset.
Can you confirm that you are at 12-11-505, or are you at a lower level and just trying to use 48.3?
