go with the M-sport. Agreed that the sportline steering wheel is skinny.
I would also go with the 19" M-sport rims. they look better IMHO.
I got leatherette sportline seats in my car and the stitching is barely noticeable. If M-Sport would have been available sooner I would have bought it. My car does look fantastic, though. I can't complain.
