That doesn't make sense. I'd guess every Hyundai would have fold down rear seats.
So, I checked it. According to
www.bmwusa.com, if you download the 3-Series brochure for standard and optional equipment, you'll see every 3-series model has the split fold-down through-load rear seats.
See page 4.
