Even if your capable of changing your tire - what are you going to change it with, even without runflats, there is no room for a spare in the car, so at best you will get what the M3 has, a can of fix a flat and a 12V air compressor. I would prefer non-runflats if the car had an actual compact spare, but would rather have the run-flats if all I get is a can of fix-a-flat!
