Having driven a couple of BMWs with HUD, I see it as a brilliant bit of kit.
When pricing up an F31 I would have just left HUD off as too much of a luxury, as it was pushing the price, as was Satnav. I was still over £40k on a "4-banger" 328i without Satnav.
I won't rub it in...
(much) that's why a nearly new 535i Touring with all the extras thrown in for free (well nearly) was my decision.
