I would say yes, but any guesses here will be purely speculation. Most of the details of the next gen navigation system have already been outed and that was not one of them. But BMW has said they will be supporting it by the middle of 2013, so it's entirely likely you'll see that once the MY14's start to roll around.
You just have to decide if it's worth the ~9 month wait for MY14 builds for that feature.
