Haven't been to NY since it was a dirty scummy city. But since then I heard it's gotten much better. I'd like to see Freedom Tower once it's erected.
Re. gas guz. tax. I didn't know it was a federal tax, just seemed so Californian.
We have so many smog regulations it's ridiculous.
