The Service Manager at Berry Chiswick has gone. I wrote a letter to the MD citing shoddy treatment. Body Shop Berry Chiswick top notch.
I've found a superb Service Dept. HR Owen in Park Royal and the Service Manager is Tony O. Wonderful guy. Totally brilliant!
BTW, kerbed my GTI wheel after 3 years at a BMW Dealer! What a mess!!!!!
Got a spare one which I bought cheap. Anyway, GTI is gone in 2-3 weeks time. I'll miss it.
