Agree completely.

The E90 was so harsh I'd nearly had it with BMW, my 2013 328i and its Standard suspension was a lifesaver. Really handles well, very agile too. But the body roll is significant, I didn't like that, but the kids weren't getting nauseous anymore and I commute on highways and it was all win.

Still, occasionally, I wished for something more sporty too, just without those awful pothole explosions the E90 was famous for.

And that's where the amazing Adaptive M Suspension comes in because it's the F3X's Standard suspension in 'Comfort' and it's the E9X's firm suspension in 'Sport' but more refined without the explosions.

So, from the photo, it's Row 1 plus Row 2 equals Row 3.
