Was it a CPO when you bought it? Did you get a PPI? If so you can probably sue the original dealership.
Before ordering my new f30 I was considering a second hand F10 with 16k miles on it, but when I test drove it I couldn't help but feel that there was a very rough unnatural sound to the engine. Dealer promised it was fine (it had been part of their loaner fleet, so never owned by anyone else), but didn't trust it and ultimately walked away. |
Bmw dealer said that: there is nothing u can do about the 335i, but anyways im happy now with my 328
