Most people here probably already know about the main things that 6NK/6NL offers over de 'standard' Bluetooth 6NH, namely
- A2DP Bluetooth profile support, for Music over Bluetooth
- Voice control
- Album covers
- Telematics (6NL only)
Well, it turns out that there is another difference. Namely with the 6NH "Business" bluetooth, as my dealer called it, you can only have 1 phone active at a time, even though you can have 4 paired.
But with the 6NK/6NL "Professional" bluetooth you have a "second phone" option in iDrive where a second phone can be used for inbound calls, but all outbound calls made via iDrive will be through the primary phone, and there is an option to switch them around.
Unfortunately I discovered this difference too late...
