In the meantime you could take the car out for a spirited run and do several hard stops on the brakes from decent speeds i.e. 60-80mph. Obviously pick a quiet road and be ready to manage any increased pull to the left.

If you normally have a gentle braking style calipers can get sticky. Some hard stops may help to loosen things off.
