If I were you I'd be budgeting around $6K give or take for standard black Merino with leather dash.
Lead time could also be around 10 weeks.
BMW NA does not offer this upholstery on the F31 so it will be a special request.
I also believe the black merino comes with cashmere (i.e., beige) stitching and piping. Just an FYI unless specs have changed. Not that I've been keeping up with it lately.
