The trouble with that is once the corrosion gets in the wheel will want a complete refurbishment.
Might be just as well "bite the bullet" and get it done.
I had the F10 550i M Sport and curbed the two off side wheels whilst hooning it.
had the guy come to the house to repair them, made a good job to be fair.
