Thanks for the reply, this seems more inline with what I'm thinking.
If it makes a difference, I'm picking it up in SE Michigan, so possibly less time in transit across the country. FWIW the CA said that recently someone picked up their car 5 days after it finished production
It's pretty clear that the CA wants to sell the car more than anything, just wish he was more transparent with things...
